Affordable Care Act Counselor onsite to provide education and help consumers enroll in health insurance through the Affordable Care Act, including Medicaid and Marketplace. Information will also be available on the programs and services at ACCESS including breast and cervical cancer information and referrals, and linking individuals to a medical home at ACCESS.
