Affordable Care Act Counselor onsite to provide education and help consumers enroll in health insurance through the Affordable Care Act, including Medicaid and Marketplace. They will also provide information about ACCESS' programs and services, making ACCESS a medical home, and Stand Against Cancer Program. A program that educates women about breast and cervical cancer and provides referrals for pap smears and/or mammogram screenings.
