ACCESS Certified Application Counselors onsite to educate and help clients apply for health insurance through the Affordable Care Act. They will also provide information about ACCESS' services and programs, link individuals to ACCESS for a medical home, and issue referrals for free or low-cost mammograms and/or pap smears to uninsured and underinsured women.
