ACCESS staff will provide education and information about ACCESS’ programs and services, including primary and preventive care, information about linking clients to ACCESS for their medical home, Affordable Care Act Enrollment, diabetes education, and information on breast and cervical caner and referrals to screenings for uninsured or underinsured women.
