ACCESS Women's Health Outreach Coordinator will educate and provide information on breast and cervical cancer and issue referrals for free or low-cost mammograms and/or pap smears to uninsured and underinsured women. They will also provide information on ACCESS' services and programs including primary and preventative care, making ACCESS a medical home, and health insurance enrollment through the Affordable Care Act.
