ACCESS staff will educate and provide information about ACCESS' services and programs including primary and preventative health care, school and sports physicals, immunizations, mental health services, making ACCESS a medical home, and health insurance enrollment through the Affordable Care Act. They will also issue referrals for primary care at ACCESS.
