ACCESS staff onsite to provide information about ACCESS' services and programs including primary and preventative health care for the entire family, school and sports physicals, mental health services, assistance with applying for Medicaid and SNAP, and ACCESS as a medical home. On-the-spot appointments to an ACCESS health center will be made.
