Dr. Obioma Oparanozie received her medical degree from the University of Port in Harcourt, Nigeria and completed her residency at Stroger Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Oparanozie is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Oparanozie believes everyone deserves the best care possible, which is what draws her to community health care and providing for the underserved communities. In her free time, Dr. Oparanozie enjoys cooking, reading, singing and spending time with her family.   

Tamika Whitehead, L.C.S.W., C.A.D.C., M.A.A.T.P.

Tamika Whitehead received her Masters in Social Work at the University Of Chicago School Of Social Service Administration and is a licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor. Tamika is dedicated to focusing on ways to reduce economic, social and health disparities in our communities and believes in treating patients with the utmost respect to focus on strengths. Outside of work, Tamika participates in book clubs, attending plays and spending time with family.

Laura Tucco, P.M.H.N.P.

Laura Tucco received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of California and completed her post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University. She also earned a PhD from the University of Phoenix. Laura has experience providing behavioral health services in a variety of settings including Will County Public Health Department, Stateville Correctional and within private practices. She is credentialed through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, the Illinois Society for Advanced Practice Nursing, American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Association. Laura believes quality health care should be available and accessible to all communities. She is passionate about providing patient-centered health care and partnering with her patients to achieve their desired health outcomes. Laura believes the patient's contribution to their wellness and recovery from illness is just as important as her own contribution as the treating provider. Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active with her four dogs.

Ellen Seymour, N.P., M.S.N., M.P.H.

Ellen Seymour, N.P., M.S.N., M.P.H. received her Masters in Nursing from the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing and Masters in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. She completed her clinical training and practicum at the Baltimore city Department of Public Health and the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Ellen is a credentialed Adult/Gerontology Primary Care provider through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is a certified HIV and Viral Hepatitis care provider. She is licensed by the state of Illinois and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. The American Academy of HIV Medicine and the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care. Ellen believes everyone should have access to quality health care that is individualized, non-judgmental and empathetic. Passionate about public health, Ellen is dedicated to the health and wellness of each individual so the community thrives. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading and watching football.

Patricia Vowal, P.M.H.N.P

Patricia Vowal earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Governors State University. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Patricia’s philosophy of care is to treat patients with respect and dignity while providing education and compassion so that patients can make informed decisions that fit their health and wellness goals. Patricia is a passionate nurse practitioner and starts each day eager to build relationships with her patients and provide high quality care. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the theater, attending book clubs, and spending time with family.

Amy Lilly earned her Doctor of Nursing at Southern Illinois University and completed her residency in St. Louis and Illinois. She is a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse through the American Nursing Credentialing Center. Amy values the contributions of community health centers and the critical mental health services they provide to medically underserved communities. She believes that mental health is essential to overall health and takes the time with each of her patients to listen to their concerns and treat them with compassion and dignity. Outside of work, Amy enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
